Xbox series X- Call of Duty Cold War/ Warzone not loading up

Call of duty Black ops Cold war for Xbox one and Xbox series X.

Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:

From what I can tell, to access the Series X version of the game, you need the Cross-Gen bundle...once you buy that, you should then be able to download and install the Series X version. Without the cross-gen bundle it will, presumably, just install the XB1 version

This is the product that is the upgrade from Xbox one Cold War to series x version

I have the Xbox series s all digital and I cannot load into port of verdansk or boneyard I think one other I can't remember. It just keeps loading after so long then finally gives me an error message or says something about disruption in connection to server or cannot connect its something along those lines. But there isn't an error code like before when it would kick me back to main screen. Anywho I've got all data packs required installed I even own cold War. I've tried moving the game from hard to internal then back to hard drive then having it download on Both. Unistalling and reinstalling. Uninstalling unnecessary data packs. Restarting my xbox restarting my router. Now should I try what you told him to do? Or follow thr same instructions?
