Xbox Series X buttons not working on PC both wired and wireless

Have you made sure both windows and the controller are updated? You can update it via the accessories app in Windows

Controller is fully updated, just rechecked today.

Hello Lomboses, I don't know which procedures you've already tried, but if possible check that the control doesn't have updates to be made, and also try to reset the console if you have other controls to be able to make the selection.

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

If that doesn't work, it would be ideal to send control to Microsoft.

I have already sent it to Microsoft once and they sent it back in the same condition so I do not see how that would help. It is being used on PC only, not xbox, but I did verify it was fully updated.

The Xbox series X is Hard wired with CAT 6. The TV and receiver are both wireless. I also use Blue-Ray 4K Disks (No network needed) and have the same issue. I have tried both, wireless and wired. I normally get over 800 Mbps.
