XBOX Series X bundle purchase invitation

Hi for some reason I can’t view my invitation for the Xbox series x bundle

I am glad to let you know that Microsoft resolved my issue. After I spent almost 6-7 hours following up with 4 different agents, the ticket was claimed by Microsoft support to be "RESOLVED" today. The resolution was - "This offer is only available for US customers and not Canada customers". When I asked a question on why was the invitation sent to me even though my region is set to Canada, they could not provide a proper justification. Thanks for your EXCELLENT SERVICE MICROSOFT after being a XBOX gold member for 15+ years this is how you repay a so called valued customer. Will never recommend you to anyone, thanks for motivating me to switch to PS5 instead of your garbage box which you did a great job in launching except for making it available to gamers. Goodbye.

We hate to see you go but that would be your personal choice and we would respect that. Going back to you being a XBOX gold member for 15+ years it must be hard to leave everything behind especially if Xbox has been part of your childhood. You will still be able to visit your account on Xbox Profile. Just checking though, we would like to know if your account during the years of being an XBOX gold member for 15+ years is on US region and just recently updated the account region to Canada last April 2021? As much as we would like to verify why you were included in the promotional email, what we know for certain is that this could be an automated email considering the exclusivity of the receiving recipients. This email might be on basis of the account region upon creating the Xbox account.
