Xbox series x bundle double charge

Order from microsoft after receiving email invite on Nov 24, 2021. I had to order a package deal to get the xbox series X ordered. Not arriving until Dec 22nd. It took right away the $ for the downloadable game then when they shipped the xbox controller it took that money. But there has been a pending authorization now for $527.49 since I order this xbox x and it keeps doing a prior authorization with a different order ID number instead of using the same order ID number which then automatically starts sending a request for another prior authorization. So had 2 of $527.49 on my PayPal so its holding that plus the original $527.49 left on the bill that is waiting to be shipped to be able to be paid. But what the heck nobody is helping me get this fixed. I been on the phone for hours, often dropped calls, static calls, and can't talk to a supervisor. I am ready to call the better business bureau on this issue. All we want is out xbox x shipped out with 1 amount of $527.49 not keep putting all these prior authorizations on my PayPal account. I talked to Paypal account and they tell me its on Microsoft end they are sending in new prior authorization with new order ID's. So what the heck is going on Microsoft. We wants answers stop taking our money without our permission. Its enough taking from my debit card twice but now hitting my checking account yesterday is the last straw for me! UGH!

As far as I know I was charged for the full amount then I got three more separate charges, the first charge was pending, like a day or two after they Shipped My Xbox it gave it back to me. I don't know how it will be for you tho.

I got it resolved and the series x is Shipped and on its way, I been waiting for this power house forever, thanks for everything!

Why are they constantly re sending a new prior authorization every couple days for the same amount of $527.49 this puts a hold on my account a few more times than the first original one. Never ever seen this before in my life.
