xbox series x brand new slow download speed for days

I’m having the same problem with my Series X. I know at least 4+ people having the same problem with their Xboxes. I have done the troubleshooting and it’s not the connection, ISP, modem, cable, etc. I even doubled my bandwidth from 200megs to 400 and the speeds stay the same. Games play without any problems, Xbox Speedtest shows the speed correctly at 400, but the downloads from Gamepass, store, updates, etc, are slow. I noticed this behavior since I started using the series X on launch day. This is a real problem. Hope we can get it solved.

maybe it was slow that day, sometimes xbox is slow, but that is pretty big

was the demo really new or old? if its brand new and people want it they clog the servers with download

if its old i think its slower as well as less resources are allocated to downloading that file

I have the same issue cant find any info iv downloaded 3 games since tuesday its been a long time since i saw kbps the fastest console on planet earth pfffft

Your router is providing the right speed on all your other devices right?

If so, by seeing all the troubleshooting you have already performed it semms that you might need to get your console serviced or replaced if needed.
