    Xbox Series X boots off instantly


    So if I turn my SX on either from the controller or button on the console it turns my tv and AV Receiver on then decides to turn itself off. So then I have to get up and hit the button on the system to turn it on again.

    Any idea for a fix for this? Its been doing this for months

    Do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? A corrupted hard drive may cause issues as well.

    even my 3080ti just hits 45 to 50fps at ultra, and gets toasty too. and my pc trounces series x.

    Sorry to hear you are having issues. When it powers off, I presume fully powered off, no lights on anywhere. Does it do the same in low res mode?

    I think so to at this stage. The power cord is unlikely but worth doing just to rule it out.

    Yeah, that's correct. I also can't seem to get the console to boot in low res mode.
