Xbox series x black screen

I am looking for a solution, I just bought my series x and have been playing Valhalla. If I shut down my Xbox, and go to play at a later time, when I click the game it will black screen me. I can hear the audio, but there’s no image. If I restart my Xbox and quit the game it’ll launch without issue. I would like to not have to go through this, my housemates Xbox x hasn’t ever done this. What can I do?

Same here.

Series X. I can't even get into the game. As soon as I try and launch a new game from the title screen I get a black screen and the loading icon freezes. So frustrating.

Hello,

The issue occurs with any game. Anytime I use the Xbox App to stream to my PC from my Xbox Series X, the App is prone to experience freezing and black screens.

No, I'm using the App that is available on the Microsoft Store.

Just turned on my series x and black screen of nothing!

Was working earlier and updating games.

What kind of Tv did you have?

If it's a brand new tv capable of 120hz of refresh rate you have to make some changes on your tv.

try to go to settings and try by esclusion, set Vrr of and try, 120hz of ecc. (set of 4 2 2 and leave 10bit colour)

It's a quite known issue, hope MS will fix it asap.
