Xbox series x banned

Hi, I'm from afghanistan, where it is hard to live or finding food, but i love gaming consoles, and it was so hard to find a xbox, in anyway I bought it and when I opened it for starting it needs internet but because of taliban there wasn't internet after few days of purchase migrated next country. It is iran, anyway when we settled I decided to turn on console and I didn't know because iran was in black list of microsoft and I found a iranian guy to make a acount and I let him to do that, he gave me a lot of money, at first days it was ok but after days the console masseged the device is get banned, I showed it to that guy and he said it's not a serious problem and just wait few days. After weeks i turn it on and the password is chaned and now I can't even enter the console, I turned back to the store to find that man but it was closed and moved from there and that time understood he cheated me. Now what should i do to play it again? Please a person that can solve my problem help me
