Xbox series x audio issues

I've had a Xbox series x since November 2023 and since day 1 there's been bits of popping in my headset whether it be in a game or watching YouTube or Netflix. I've gone through multiple headsets, 5 at this point. I'm connected to a LAN cable gotten a new HDMI cable, and I've gone through countless hours of guides and tutorials but nothing has fixed it. I'm thinking about returning my console at this point cause I can't even do anything without it cracking and glitching the audio. Is it a console problem cause there's loads of other people with it? I just want this to stop man.
