    I opened the guide to change games while playing Tetris Effect and I couldn't scroll down past My Games and Apps. In fact the cursor kept going back to Home.

    I couldn't select home as it wouldn't recognise the A button although the cursor did flash as if the A button had been pressed.

    I was able to hold the guide button down to report a problem but then the console kind of froze.

    After much waiting I got to the problem reporting page.

    Here I could not select report a new issue as it wouldn't recognise the A button again.

    Seriously Microsoft next time let me test a pre release console because I always seem to work them into finding software issues.

    Same here.

    I upgraded from the ultimate pass on Xbox one X to the series X but it won't let me claim it on the series X.

    Also Tetris connected won't open either.

    Can the Xbox Series X get more dynamic themes similar to the PS4?

    The themes for the PS4 are nice. I wish they had some for the Xbox Series X. They can move and play music and create a nice ambiance. I love the Tetris Effect - Always Been but Never Dreamed song that plays and the gorgous lights. Im pumped to game and im singing along. Id feel its an extension of expression of who i am as a gamer. Dont get me wrong i like the current themes but id love more.
    Weirdly enough, I bought my Series X to play games, not look at the dashboard.

    That was why I couldn't understand the uproar of the Series X dashboard "only" running at 1080p while the rival console ran at 4K, now both consoles run their dashboard at 4K and I can honestly say I haven't noticed a difference.

    I have the same problem, but with another game.
    I have been playing Call of Dury Cold War (X series version) for a few weeks. Lately the Xbox has been shutting down all the sudden while playing, and it seems that this is happening more now than before. The Xbox stands out in the open with good space
    from any wall or such and has good ventilation. I tried to open a ticket for repair but there was no shipping opportunity for Norway so the request was cancelled. Is there a way to fix this problem? I have read alot of other Series X users are experiencing
    the same. And do you have replacement Xboxes available where this problem doesn't occur?

    This is exactly whats happening to me while playing Infinite, did you ever get your problem fixed?
    I don't know if it's just halo infinite, but that is all I played. I sent in my xbox series x to get a repair and they sent me new or refurbished one. It was another halo edition series x with a different serial number.
