    Hi,

    I posted a new xbox series X, 3 days ago.

    I have noticed since day one issues with the buttons being unresponsive during games which has become worse. This happens in all games but I play vanguard and Fortnite.

    To describe the issues, the seems to be a lag between when I press a button to when the command is carried out resulting in built up movement and delayed commands. The issue has become worse tonight as the right bumper paddle did not jump in vanguard however the usual jump button did. The button would perform jump command but no slide cancel if this makes sense. However, when play testing on another game all back paddles worked fine. I also confirm this happens in both the elite and standard controller.

    I am unsure if it is the console or the controller/s as it happens on both controller and different games.

    To fix the issue I have,

    Cleared cache

    repaired both controllers

    tried using wired connections

    updated xbox software

    updated both controller firmware

    However despite all of this the issues persist.

    I have clipped footage but I am unsure how to post it on here and would appreciate any feedback.

    I can't find one designed for series x controller. They are all for xbox one controller and don't fit series x controller properly.

    Controller suddenly stopped working. Lights up when plugged in, tried multiple cables. Does not show up under device manager.

    My controller stop working too series x , factory controller . Last night working and today my samsung tv remote control my xbox and the xbox controller no longuer view by the xbox , i use another controller from my other xbox seris s , and this controller work but not the one work last night , i try the little button to match xbox with but nothing , the controller do no longuer view on my xbox series x , can control de series s but can't be view or connect to the series x anymore

    Xbox Series X|S controllers are fully compatible with the Xbox One, One S and One X. Also the Xbox One controllers work on the new Series consoles.

    The Xbox Series X controllers will work on Xbox One consoles, and the Xbox One controllers (including the Elite/Elite V2) will work on Xbox Series X too.
