Xbox Series X and One S NAT type: Unavailable

Posting to ask if this is a known issue and/or is being looked in to in reference to another post regarding the same issue.

For the past 3-4 days now my NAT type on both my consoles have been unavailable.

What really bothers me despite following the troubleshooting steps, twice, is the fact that it's only an issue with 1 game in my library were I can't access online multiplayer. For every other multiplayer game that I own, it works fine. Social activities such as messaging and group chats also work just fine.

I called my ISP and there's nothing wrong on their end. My end excluding the consoles are working. Even factory resetting my router and Series X, it still doesn't work.

Much appreciated for answers or tips of what I can for a temporary fix, thank you.

I think you probably need to contact game developers as it's an internal situation and only with the multiplayer, sometimes this means an internal ban, we can't confirm that, best it's to contact the developers

The game I'm having issues with is Forza Motorsport 7.

I can start the game and nothing is wrong, but trying to join a friend or online multiplayer won't work. It grants me a message "Failed to acquire server data".

Usually when it's internet issues it won't let me access certain features of the game, this is not the case this time. Everything but multiplayer works.
