    Xbox series x and lg c9 bad motion performance compard ps4 pro


    Hey, i bought the xbox series x and i have a new lg c9 and i get very eye hurting not smooth motion gaming, (not smooth motion, i cant read signs at gta v in the same time i look around with the Right joystick for example.

    i tried everything, shut down the vrr, put 60 hz, 1080P, at the tv: deep color off, game respone off, really everything, i even try make the hdmi port as a pc and turned all the settings off, hgg to e mapping.

    with the ps4 pro in gta v i get so much more smooth motion because i can turn on truemotion on the tv and the motion is awsome.

    with the new xbox, with all the modes that I tried the truemotion is grayed out.

    is it possible that the ps4 pro be better with the gaming motion

    ?

    With xbox its litterly unplayble because i get eyes hurting from this lacking of smooth motion .

    This is so dissapointing. Its happen with quantom break also and all the games that i tried, but gta v i have in both consoled so i could make the compare.

    i Literally cant play with the xbox because of this.

    i feel that all the 120hz and vrr is doing nothing!!

    Right now I’m on a 42 inch Samsung QLED 4K HDR set, but before the Series X is out I’m planning on upgrading to the LG C9 or CX in 65 inch. I need that HDMI 2.1 120hz OLED goodness in my life.

    Alright so Xbox One S might be the best option. I think I'll go for that one for now (I just got confirmation that Apex Legends does work on Xbox One S) so I hope that I can get that one and it will be serviced for now. I just hope that it isn't under the same quality standards as the PS4 Pro Enhanced is (that's my current console).
    Performance wise the PS4 Pro would actually be better than the Xbox One S. At least in terms of graphical horsepower: PS4 Pro has 4.2 TFlops vs about 1.2 TFlops for the Xbox One S. The Xbox One S and PS4 Pro both use similar CPU's as well. This isnt to say the Xbox One S isnt a great system because it is.

    So if you are looking specifically for an upgrade in performance over the Ps4 Pro then either the Series S or Series X would be what youd want. Otherwise you wouldnt really be looking at much of an upgrade.

    As I said on the post, yes, they're both on the latest firmware. The TV's 4k/HDR capabilities work perfectly with the PS4 Pro and with content played from a hard drive. So I don't think the TV is the problem. It's a problem specifically between the Xbox
    One X and the TV. So I think the Xbox needs a firmware update for compatibility between its HDMI2.0b output and the LG C9's 2.1 HDMI input.

    How can I file a request or report a problem to Microsoft or Xbox so that this gets some attention from support? There doesn't seem to be any way to contact an official channel or Xbox spokesperson for solving this kind of issue.

    Obviously not a monitor, but the LG C9 is hands down the best display for the One X. It’s literally the only one that fully supports all of the One X’s full HDMI 2.1 specs, plus it’s GSync compatible and just generally an amazing display.
