    I really don't like that Xbox consoles require internet to function as intended. You need an internet connection to set up a profile, and if you can't do that, no playing games for you. had a friend in the military that got an xbox for deployment thinking he was gonna play games on his off time, but no internet so he actually just dropped all that money on an Xbox that can't be used for anything. you shouldnt need internet just to make a profile and play offline games. I've also seen that some offline single player games need internet to start them? and its only the xbox ports, other console versions of the same game don't require the internet connection. I don't like how dependent the console is on internet, and I'd like the devs to remove the consoles need for internet to create profiles & play games on all Xbox consoles, and to discontinue its internet dependency in future consoles.

    Most likely yes but the xbox one wont be future proof aka wont be able to play certain games in the future the xbox one x will be it will eventually turn into an older console but still will be able to play the game the series x can

    being forced to connect to the internet with these silly rescrictions for a games console to try to prevent pirated games seriously

    the xbox one and xbox series x probably has the strongest suecurity muesures in game console history. ps5 and nintendo switch

    doesent have that kind of strong rescritions that xbox series x have. playstation and nintendo consoles may have that when they go all digital in the future. i might sell that junkbox seriesous x and stay with my PS5 and my switch lite. and what if the xbox network shuts down like in about 60 years time and cant add a profile or cant pass the initial setup its gonna render the console useless.

    we saw it with xbox live on the og xbox and xbox 360 might be next. microsoft needs to think about that in the future.
