    Xbox series x - All Games crashing!


    Hi,

    I am after some help and support.

    My xbox series x has been crashing since I got it on launch. I have been patiently waiting for a response from xbox but nothing! It has angered me more knowing that people can play and I am the only one with this issue.

    I have contacted and reported this issue to xbox and I keep on getting told that its getting investigated and I will get an answer in 48 hours. I don't get a response.

    I have requested for it to be repaired. Told I would get the shipping label in 48 hours. And you guessed it! Nothing received.

    Can anyone tell me what I can do to get my series x fixed?

    Xbox support is extremely unhelpful and are a disgrace!

    Battlefield 2042 hard crashing series X

    The game is actually freezing and crashing hard, and that since the last patch.....it really annoys me, NO

    it's pissing me really off.



    I can't play normal on a Xbox Series X without a crash or a freezing Game. Playing with Xbox Series X controller, 4K HDR 60FPS , cross play enabled (without crossplay the Xbox found no Matches )



    The Game crashes 10 min into play, either when in a match or in menu.

    I have conducted following troubleshooting steps: Reset the game, reinstalled the game, reset the console completly, reset the console, removed everything and nstalled BF2042 again....

    Warzone and Halo crashing/shutting off series x

    Halo infinite was hard crashing a lot for me at launch but then seemed to work perfectly through December and now after the most recent update I’m back to crashing almost every game. The game even crashes in the main menu sometimes. Half the time it crashes to Xbox dashboard half the time it shuts the whole Xbox off. I’m on a series x. I’ve done all the troubleshooting tips. This game is broken.

    XBOX SERIES X BATTLEFIELD 2042 crashing

    I don't believe this is a hardware issue. If it is, they need to tell us specifically what is happening that makes our Xbox faulty on only one game. Never heard of that before. Why does every other game work fine with no crashing? Only the Xbox Series X/S version of BF2042 is crashing for ppl on the Series X/S after going through all of the troubleshooting steps, different controllers (someone suggested elite series 2 is a possible cause) etc. Is EA going to address this issue or can we get a more specific technical explanation?

    Did you get a resolution ? I've just received a brand new xbox series x back, date on the back is 4th June 2021. (last xbox series x died)

    I’m having the same problem with my Series X and Halo. Sometimes just the game crashes, sometimes the entire console shuts down. I have tried all of the above suggestions and it still happens.

    I purchased the Series X specifically for Halo. Very frustrating.
