Xbox Series X All Access Pass Redemption.

I am dealing with this same issue. I bought the all access series x from gamestop and there is no option to activate the game pass.

Backward Compatibility Workaround:

Xbox One Disc: If you have the game on an Xbox One disc, try this:

Insert the disc into your Xbox Series X.
Go to My Games & Apps > Full Library > All owned games.

Find Red Dead Redemption GOTY Edition and select "Install".

This might trigger a download of the Xbox 360 version, allowing you to play it.

Cloud Gaming (Xbox Game Pass Ultimate):

If you have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, try playing the game through Xbox Cloud Gaming:

Access Xbox Cloud Gaming through the Xbox app or a web browser.
Search for Red Dead Redemption GOTY Edition.

If it's available, you can stream it to your Xbox Series X without installation.

Xbox 360 Emulation (Potential Future Option):

Microsoft is working on expanding Xbox 360 backward compatibility for Xbox Series X/S.

While Red Dead Redemption GOTY Edition isn't currently supported, it might be added in future updates.

Red Dead Redemption is already backwards compatible on Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S, and therefore there's no need for this straight port (not a remaster or a remake) to make the jump.

Depending on where you bought it from, you may need to contact LiftForward or Klarna. Sometimes it seems that retailers aren't sorting it out properly and so the UGP ends up being processed separately and thus not connected to the console (Walmart especially)
