Xbox Series X All Access offer redeem option not showing up when setting up the xbox series x

Hi All,

I am new to Xbox series X(bought this for my kid) and I bought Xbox via Walmart(product link below) recently and received yesterday(26th Nov 2021) and the product included 24 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate but when setting up the xbox I didn't get any option to redeem the 24months Xbox game pass ultimate(even thought I have checked the Data sharing option during xbox setup) and after installation I have gone through the Settings-->Account--> but can't find the 'Included with this Xbox' option to redeem the 24 months of Xbox game pass ultimate option(Microsoft redeem link below).

Also can't see any info to redeem via Microsoft account linked to my Xbox. Reached out to Walmart but not much help.

So xbox community any help with this issue or whom do I need to reach out to resolve this issue please let me know if any one gone through similar issue which I really appreciate?

Also 'Included with this Xbox' is not available in 'Account' section too? So what should I need to do to make this show up?

Can you please elaborate a bit more on ' reaching out Credit Company the all access goes through'?

I paid with the credit card you mean check with the credit card company? or check with seller (walmart) to findout who is taking care of All Access in the back end ?

If possible can you share the 'All Access credit company' detail if you are aware?

All Access is done by applying for a line of credit through a credit card company to start monthly payments for a console which includes the 24 months of Ultimate (you can find more information here). If you paid with your own credit card, it sounds like you just bought the console outright and did not purchase via All Access.

When you purchased the console, did you go through the credit application for All Access? The reason I ask is because going through that Walmart link, it only gives me the ability to purchase a console through a third party seller which would not have included All Access.

That's usually the issue, so yes. If they still don't help, try reaching out to the credit company the All Access goes through.
