Xbox Series X All Access Gamepass redemption issue

I recently purchased an Xbox Series X through All Access. In trying to set it up and redeem my gamepass subscription, I could not find the "Included With This Console" tab in settings. I turned my console off and back on and nothing changed, and even tried a trick I saw where someone with my problem changed the location of the Xbox and was then able to see the setting. This did not work for me. If anyone knows how I can find that tab to claim my 2 years of gamepass, please let me know.

I had this same issue. The store has referred me back to Microsoft. I’m stuck in a loop where everyone points to someone else. It shouldn’t be this difficult.

Microsoft is saying this is not the case. They are saying it's more of a license tied to a device and not a subscription that is supposed to tie to my account. This is my issue right now, when it came to activating the Gamepass (All-Access) that came with my Series-X it never tied to my account. I have 2 consoles, and I can only play Gamepass on the Series-X.

I'd like to keep the All access (since I have 1 year of gamepass left), and upgrade my console to the X series. I just didn't see any specific trading options for S to X Series.

Just purchased xbox series x with all access - if my current game pass subscritpion is automatically renewed each month - do i
need to turn off auto renewal or will it auto renew when the two years are up (you get 2 years of gamepass with all access).
