    Hey I have been on Xbox for 14 years with my main account & i have just received a permanent ban from Xbox series x which is really upsetting as I play warzone and I stream everyday. I then find out my brand new series x is also console banned which is also very upsetting.

    I can’t seem to get the right support so I have come here for help please as I can’t get in touch with support

    I log into my Xbox I play every single night the same game “warzone”

    Then tonight I log in and I’m just banned profile and console wise?

    I think I deserve some proper support considering Iv been with Xbox 14 years and I get given no exact reason why I have been profile banned and console banned ?

    When do I receive a reason for my console being banned. I have no emails regarding this?
