Xbox Series S won’t sign in

Also, I’m having the same issue playing my 360 games on my Series S, my Xbox Live account won’t download onto any 360 game on my Series S.

I'm sorry you are experiencing issues signing in.

Would you mind power cycling your console and your home's network hardware? like this:

• Press and hold your console's power button until it shuts down.
• Unplug the console's power cord for 5 minutes.
• Turn your modem/router off and unplug them for 5 minutes.
• Plug everything back together and check if the issues persist.

If that doesn't work, could you skip sign-in, go to Settings > General > Network Settings, and let me know what you see under "Current Network Status"?

I am having the same issue. Do you happen to have Starlink Internet? Everything was fine until my internet disconnected for a few minutes then came back on to this problem

Did you sign up for the Console Purchase Pilot through the Xbox Insider Hub like the article that you linked says to?

"If you’re interested in potentially buying an Xbox Series X or Xbox Series S, you’ll need to hop into the Xbox Insider Hub and sign up for the Console Purchase Pilot through there. Good news if you signed up last time and weren’t selected: Microsoft says that you’ve already opted into this round and won’t need to do anything for the chance to be selected again."

The console i want to get serviced is xbox series s and it shows in warranty i won’t be able to it’s like same as amazon it’s been 5-6 months since my purchase they won’t be able to answer the Origin of my xbox
