"XBOX Series S" Suddenly start to crashing ALL GAMES (except EA games)

Hi, i have a xbox series s.

Last night when i was playing, the game crash and kick me out. After that, all games are crashing/freezing at start (splash wallpaper), or at showing creators logos, or at game menu. All purchased games and gamepass and even free games EXCEPT EA GAMES (seriously, why?).

I do hard reset, i unplug power cable, I switch my internet, my dns, i even do a factory reset and reinstall a game again from store but still the same.

even for my games on external hdd

Anyone here has/had the same problem? Is it hardware problem? (If yes so how EA games launch fine), or is it software (if yes so why reset factory dosent fix it?)

Shoud i wait for update? Could it be a problem from microsoft? I searched but dont find many users that having this issue right now

So the game bug could actually cause this problem??? If we assume that this is the reason, what solution i have?

i already do a factory reset and yet my games keep crashing. We dont have a official microsoft store in our country

so, there is nothing i can do? 😔 is it possible to install os from zero myself ? Like android phones that flash roms..

And you said its not a hardware problem (low chance), but if i want to test replacing a part, what part you think could be the answer? The ssd?

Hello Mick, I see you've tried some of the procedures I was going to suggest.

I don't know if your console is connected directly to an outlet or is in some kind of filter connected with other equipment, if you have other equipment try connecting it directly to an outlet and also remove the external disk that is connected to the console.

Hello again, since you already did a factory reset on the console, you can try an offline reset on the console.

Perform an offline system update

The thing about your situation is that it is only doing this with certain games, and not with all, after doing the offline reset, do not use the external disk to install games, use the internal one and try to run some game to see if the problem happens same.

Hello again, in relation to the second observation what can happen if the game has some bug is crash the system, this is possible.

Yes i try this before a full reset and dosent work

i almost do anything but still all purchased games and GamePass games crash (except 3 EA games that i have (TitanFall2, unravel1, unravel 2). I even once do a full reset, connect a NEW account and download a NEW Free game (without my hdd, gamepass acount and other old account). But it crash again.

I have only 2 possibilities in my mind

1. So, if hardware problem is unlikely, is it possible that its a issue from microsoft and will fix with next update? Or in that case many users shoud face it not like now that only me and 5 6 user have it (i search in past month here and reddit) 😔 also im still wondering that if its a microsoft issue, so why it happend suddenly days after last update? Shouldnt it start right after last update? Everything was good untill last night

2. I was playing a new game that had bug (crashing on a specific level). They release an uodate 2 day ago. the first time i play game after their update, after 20 minutes it crash and kick me out and all this problems start from then. So, do you think that game can cause all of this? Is it possible that a game cause A Software or even hardware problem?
