Xbox Series S Shutting Off by itself.

Have you noticed that your xbox has been getting unusually hot? Is it the older model or the new slim? Do you have it in a closed space were its not getting good air flow or around other electronic that are on and producing alot of heat?... You might try
putting it in a well ventilated spot and see if that helps

The power button on the 360 could be stuck. You could try to take the faceplate off and snap it back in place. Or you can try to power it on and off threw your 360 controller. Sorry I can't give any more help but I hope that works !!

I actually tried that too. And it didn't work either, it was a pretty random occurance and it's working fine now. Just curious as to why it would turn itself back on lol.

Now my system turns back on by itself after it turns off (it also turns back on by itself when I turn it off manually). Any idea what may be wrong with it? Hopefully this new turn of events helps narrow down the true cause of the problems.

there could be a few things going on with the console. 1 it is getting to hot and turning its self off to save its self. 2 there is a problem with the internal chip set ( i.e that it got way hot before and the chips are not making good connectivity to the
bored)3 try playing and arcade game ( that dose not use the disk drive and not making that much heat) if it still dose it you might need to send it in for a full system check up and or repair for Microsoft.4 are any lights showing up when it powers off? 5
check your power brick and look at the color that it is when the console turns it self off. Hope this helps
