    Hey there,

    I have been trying to play Cold War tonight on my Series S, yes 2 day old Xbox and it keeps shutting down completely? In every mode, campaign, zombies ans multiplayer?

    any idea why

    I have the same problem with CoD Warzone.. can only play for a few mins (10 if I'm lucky) before the whole system freezes. Not sure if it's a hardware or software issue! Mine doesn't always shut down though - if I leave it sometimes it'll unfreeze and
    just quit the game, BUT the system refuses to launch any game without freezing half way when loading, or in fact just continues to keep freezing no matter what I do.
