    Xbox series S repeatedly Dashboarding during gameplay, online or offline (no ethernet)...


    2 issues -)

    1-) Unable to download 2 Black ops 3 map packs, even after uninstalling them on game add ons and trying again.

    They reached different lengths each attempt but hit a cycle of paused instilation and unable to resume...

    The rest of the game and map packs were fine, first and only time it's happened but my friend on a series X had the same issue 2 days ago.

    2-) I'm not sure if it is only xbox one games (halo wars 2 and tropico 6) as call of duty modern warfare is buggy and continually crashing through their own cause.

    The console doesn't have room for many games.

    Tropico dashboards me repeatedly every 30 minutes and halo wars 2 will crash every 4/6 games which is highly aggravating as its grindy to gain ladder % and it counts as a loss.

    There's three distinct types of crash...

    -- it makes a harsh noise and freezes and dashboards.

    -- freezes with no noise.

    -- no freeze or warning and just does it.

    The games just crashed whilst playing it without an ethernet or WiFi connection.

    Completely offline or online...

    I cleared the mac and changed the dns too 8888 8844 last night...

    This is a system issue, not an online one.

    My console was brand new, owned it for over a year though and still have the receipt.

    Issues been ongoing, but every 30 minutes on tropico has tipped me over the edge and I've realised it isn't a solitary issue when looking at your forums.

    xbox freezes

    freezes online during gameplay does it on wifi and ethernet no error code once it freezes have to switch console off tried leaving on for about ten mins but still remains frozen hasnt done it offline up to now

    I'm having a similar issue. When prompted in, say, Destiny or Halo MCC to hold down the X-button, sometimes I'm abruptly taken to the dashboard or another app (like Upload) is launched. Naturally, that can be very annoying during gameplay, whether online
    or offline. What could be causing the issue?

    Playing the same game on an XBox One S and XBox Series S at the same time

    No console works that way

    You at going to have to assign the xbox one s as your home console and your series s as your roaming console meaning you are going to havr to sign in online on your accounr or the xbox series s anytime you want to use your games.

    While the xbox one s can use any game offline or online on their profiles and yes they need to be on their profiles.
