    Xbox Series S Repair Issue


    I sent my Xbox Series S off for repair a while ago, but it was hit by a bunch of shipping delays from the UK to Germany and only arrived at the repair centre on Thursday 26/08. Unfortunately the repair order had been cancelled before it arrived.
    I'm wondering if my Xbox will be shipped back as-is, or whether anything may happen outside of the original order.

    I've been trying to get a call back setup but have been getting errors on the Xbox support site as of now.
