    Xbox Series S purchase


    I finally purchased an xbox series s and everything was looking good. They emailed me and said the payment didnt go through but they took the funds out of my account. I talked to xbox support and they said everything on their end was good. My status still
    says pending but support said it was a glitch in the system. I ordered and purchased on Dec. 8th, 2020. It has not been canceled by microsoft. People said when it goes through the pending and cancel button disappeared from their order. Mine still shows it.
    Just trying to make sure I dont lose out on 320 dollars especially during christmas. This was my son's christmas gift so I hope I can get a little help. Thank you in advance.

    It looks like you've purchased the Series S|X edition, which is for new generation consoles (Series S and Series X) and wouldn't be compatible with your Xbox One S.

    Sorry, you've mentioned that you have purchased the Megalodon Shark Cash Card that is for Xbox Series X|S, but the one that is for Xbox Series X|S is "GTA Online: Megalodon Shark Cash Card (Xbox Series X|S)"

    You cannot transfer purchased game discs to the Xbox Series S. If you own an Xbox Series S and want to play games that you own on disc, you'll need to purchase them again from the Microsoft Store. If you plan on playing disc games, you may want to get the Xbox Series X instead of the Xbox Series S, as it has a drive.

    Upgrading from Xbox one games to X/S

    Specifically for F1 2022, you would need to purchase the Series S/X version. The Standard Xbox One version is not optimized for the Series S and X consoles.
