Xbox Series S Problem?

What's going on guys, hope you are all doing well. I have had my Xbox Series S (the white $299.99 model) since launch on Nov. 10th 2020 and I have been enjoying it. It has worked perfectly fine... until yesterday (11/21/2020). Now the issue I am having
is not game breaking or is something drastic/out of proportion. What happened is yesterday I had my console on with 2 controllers connected, but I was doing stuff around the house so my console was idle. When I returned back to my system, what I expected to
see was my console on and my controllers off (which is what normally should happen). What happened is when I returned back to the console the power button was blinking white as well as the power button on my controllers. I had read online that the console's
light blinks when it updates system software (obviously there would be no way for me to tell this as I was not able to use either controller). So I decided to leave the console for 10 minutes to see if it would turn itself off or something (to see if it was
actually an update that was installing). But the power button light just kept blinking. So I unplugged the power chord as the system would not turn off. I let it sit for 30 seconds so the console would do a hard reset. After the hard reset, the system was
working perfectly fine again just like before. Fast forward to today (11/22/2020) and the console began doing the same thing. I had it on this time I was just on the YouTube app, not even running a game. When I come back after some time, my console's power
button is blinking again. So I do a hard reset, and turn the console back on and it is working fine again. This is more of an annoyance than something that is game breaking. I am just wondering if anyone else has had this problem as I have heard nothing about
it at all.
