    Xbox Series S Losing Connection almost every game


    Hello, I have been having this reccuring issue on my xbox Series S where it constantly loses internet connection making online gaming almost impossible to play. I will load into a game and at a random time I will lose connection to both the game and the party and then I will check my network and it will be stuck on "Getting Status" I will then have to wait 1-3 minutes for connection to be restored. This has happened while playing Madden 21, Cold War, and 2k21

    Hi,

    I'm not sure where you got the 'every game will be 120 fps on Series S' from. The Series S will be capable of 120 fps, but that may not be possible on every game.

    As for Xbox One games at higher frame rates, that's possible, but it will only be on certain games. Plus, such features have to be patched in either by the developer or via the BC team. Xbox One games won't automatically run at higher frame rates on Series
    X or S.

    my friend list won’t show on my xbox,

    both the xbox’s were connected to the same internet, the one that worked was a series s the one didn’t was series x. yes, my console is up to date. i get kicked out of my games every 30 minutes..yes i am referring to factory resets.

    "some internet issues" is pretty vague but try resetting your Xbox series s and if that doesn't work forget your Wi-Fi network then re-connect to it? lastly maybe try an ethernet cable?
