Xbox series S keeps freezing for 5 seconds and then crashing

I don't even have to have a game open for that. It will crash while I'm on the home page. If I open settings and then close it. If I just press the home button to scroll through. Freezes then crashes.

It's definitely not over heating and it's well ventilated. I tried doing a power cycle, a factory reset, a network reset, plugging it into the wall instead of an outlet ect... Nothing seems to help and I can't find an answer anywhere online. It's probably just a faulty device. Problem is when I try to file a service ticket with microsoft they tell me there are no available options in my location. So I'm gonna have to replace it with my own money if I want it to work. BULL.

I did that. They told me the usual to do the power cycle and the factory reset and then told me to file a repair ticket. But repair ticket services aren't available here

It’s the same with my series X. Everything is fine on my end. The game either freezes or crashes at least 5 times a play through. I heard Starfield can’t keep up with the graphics that X expects on their end.

The game has never worked on xbox series S. If u google or search in reddit u will see many whom have encountered problem. The game crashes series s after 5 seconds EVERYTIME. cant even start creating a character. I wrote microsoft last year... Told me to write insomniac. Wrote insomniac.... Told me to write microsoft. My first xbox ever and im sorely disappointed.

Atm its an ongoing issuse, i find it happening most with AC:Val and COD:CW. It happens also with Rouge Company and MK11Ultimate.
