    Xbox Series S keeps dimming


    So this just started happening recently. My Xbox series S keeps dimming after 30 mins when watching Netflix. It only does it with Netflix, when I watch Hulu or YouTube it’s fine and never does it. It’s almost like it doesn’t recognize Netflix as a movie is playing like it does the other apps. Any fix?

    Sorry to hear you are having issues. Have you tried deleting the Netflix app and reinstalling to see if that helps?

    You could also try Settings, select Preferences, and hit Idle options. Now, uncheck “Show me things when idle.”

    You keep saying you have an Xbox S, but is that an Xbox One S or an Xbox Series S? The All Digital is typically a One S which wouldn't be compatible.
