    Xbox Series S issues, Games freezing and crashing


    Hi,

    I recently received two XBOX series S XBOX consoles. One of them works flawlessly and the other does not. The series S that has issues I experience freezing and crashing on the following titles: Fortnite/Warzone, although Minecraft doesn't freeze and crash
    at all? Sometimes it freezes when I boot up the game, other times it freezes within 5 seconds of gameplay trying to get off the battle bus. I have tried everything possible I can think of being one of my Series S Xbox's is currently working. Here are some
    of the things I have tried:

    Multiple games

    Reset of all forms, including hard-drive wipe and complete reset back to factory defaults 3 times

    Uninstalled/Reinstalled Fortnite 3 Times

    compared console versions

    compared Fortnite Software versions

    I've tried multiple XBOX live accounts

    I have tried messing with video settings and multiple TV's Samsung/LG ETC.

    I have tried multiple HDMI cables

    I have tried support so many times and no one seems to be available to help me!!! I have requested a phone call 6 times and support is never available... it tells me to call back the next day sorry for the inconvenience. I hope someone really takes the time
    to help me out with this issue being I don't know the turn around time if I send the console in for repair. I will be very disappointed if Microsoft can't get me a replacement in short order. being the holidays are right around the corner. Any help or direction
    is greatly appreciated.

    Battlefield 2042 hard crashing series X

    The game is actually freezing and crashing hard, and that since the last patch.....it really annoys me, NO

    it's pissing me really off.



    I can't play normal on a Xbox Series X without a crash or a freezing Game. Playing with Xbox Series X controller, 4K HDR 60FPS , cross play enabled (without crossplay the Xbox found no Matches )



    The Game crashes 10 min into play, either when in a match or in menu.

    I have conducted following troubleshooting steps: Reset the game, reinstalled the game, reset the console completly, reset the console, removed everything and nstalled BF2042 again....

    It seems like it crashes on Xbox series consoles only because when I play on my one, there's no crashes or freezes once I reach the other side of the board gliding. So I think it's a series console issue that I hope they fix soon

    Is anything being done to address the issue with Starfield constantly crashing on Xbox series X?

    I have the same issue since one month and we are the 3th of november 2023 now

    On serie S, Stafield is barely playable : for me, the game freeze or crashe every hours. I can see it happen in advance each time as when time progresses, menu are slower and slower to open until the game crashes or freezes . So it must be a problem of memory management or something like that, and it should be fixed. For now, I have to restart my xbox each time that makes the game not enjoyable at all

    I adressed this issue to Bethseda support one month ago and nothing happens. It is a shame. This is a so-called "next gen" game ?

    Would you buy a car that broke down every km and be told to reinstall the engine, wait for update in one year, or other stupid things that Bethseda offers us to solve the problem ? It is up to Bethseda to solve the issue. And quickly....

    I have the exact same issue crashes only in S class series tried r class ok (i have 2 races done in S when trying the 3rd it crashed) deleted game and reinstalled it same issue
