Xbox Series S Hardware Compatibility Kuwait/U.S.

I purchased a Xbox Series S while visiting Kuwait. The system came with a regional power cord (UK-Middle East style). Assuming the Xbox can operate properly in the U.S. (110v U.S. versus 220v Kuwait), what U.S. style power cord voltage should I get?

Kuwait isn't a xbox live region so you will have to get out of regions codes and we cant help with that

The Series X|S consoles have multi-voltage internal power supplies that work anywhere in the world.

All you need is a 'Figure 8 power cable' for your own country. These are standardised. You can get these cables anywhere online or from an electrical store.

Like the WiiU you can play nearly any Wii Games because of Backwards Compatible & it was a Wii Menu application that can be installed when a Original Wii Disc is in.

You've oversimplified this process. The WiiU plays all Wii games not because of a simple app, but because the WiiU contains the same hardware architecture as the original Wii, just a fair bit more advanced.

The Xbox Series X|S does the same thing with Xbox One games. All Xbox One titles (bar the Kinect games) run on Series hardware because said hardware is the same archectually, just more advanced.

In fact call calling Series X 'backwards compatible' is disingenuous to the system. Xbox One games can actually perform better on Series hardware, with better frame rates and stability. Series X|S are better described as 'forwards compatible'.
