xbox series s gta just disconnets my controller from the game but still idels like im being afk

So on gta online theres this afk method to make money while afk putting a rubber band on a controller thats plugged in so it doesnt kick you from the game but i dont know why my controller would turn off after 15 minurtes even wiht the rubberband
and it heing plugged into the xbox! Can someone plz help me by telling me why it turns off?

Possible reasons:

1. Your batteries are being detected as very low. The Xbox controller shuts off vibration the battery is very low. Try different batteries?

2. You have vibration turned off in the game options.

3. Your controller may be broken.

1 i dont use batteries i plugged in a android phone charger and thats what im using to use my controller

2 vibration is always turned on in my games like forza horizon 3 and gta v

3 its a brand new xbox one s controller that i got my amazon for $60

although my xbox one console doesnt sych my controllers anymore. it still connects to the wifi so its not broken.
