Xbox Series S Games Crashing

Greetings everyone!

I've owned a Xbox Series S since the mid of september, and since I've bought it, the games that I play crash for some unknown reason.

I've been playing:

- Gears of War

- Gears of War 2

- Gears of War 3

- Gears of War Judgment

- Yakuza 0

- Forza Horizon 5

In the beginning I've thought that the problem was because my console was overheating, because when the game crashed, everything stopped responding, and the gray part in the upper part of the console was so hot that just putting my hand on it, made it really uncomfortable. The console was in a horizontal position, so I putted it in a horizontal position, with the Xbox Simbol in the upper part. After looking for some troubleshooting, I've formated fully my console, and downloaded the games again.

The problems keep happening, and I was starting to get very pissed off, so I contacted microsoft support, and I was oriented to format my console again, put it directly in the power plug, without any extension of things like that, and to let the heavier part of the xbox, in contact with my furniture, so I switched the xbox position, because the heavier part is the one with the xbox symbol in the down part, formatted the console again, and put it in a single power plug, and it still is freezing, now the freezing takes less time to unfreeze, and if I press the xbox symbol in my controller, I can hear the menu sound behind the sound of the game, but the problem is still there.

Is anyone having the same problem? Can anybody help me?
