Xbox Series S Freezes

Lately these days my console suddenly freezes I can press the home button and hear me moving through the dashboard but sometimes it freezes completely after a matter of seconds, this problem usually happens to me when I'm on youtube but also when I'm on my profile watching clips etc. What I have to do is unplug the power cable from the console because even if I try with the on/off button the button starts blinking for like 5 to 10 minutes until it shuts off entirely. I want to know if people are having the same problem like me or if it's a problem with my console, it's getting really annoying

Xbox Series S controller freezes and disconnects but the light on the controller stays on,
The problem happened to me a lot and the batteries are new, and i did power cycle, The device and the control were updated

my device xbox Series s, i got it two days ago

There is no xbox S

And yes there is a difference

Xbox one s is just a xbox one s

Does your console when it locks show any overheating messages?

You've tried a reset on your console by keeping games and Apps, if you haven't tried it, follow the procedures below.

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > system > console > system

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

I'm having heavy picture freezes on my Huawei P30 lite with Series S, but only when connected to the same network. Xbox wired and phone 5ghz wifi.

Everything works fine, when I'm switching to LTE with my phone.

There's no such thing as an Xbox One Series S. There's an Xbox One S and an Xbox Series S. That game is only available for the Series S/X, not the One. So if you have a One S, it will not work.
