    Hi,

    I have a problem with my Xbox Series S. This problem appeared while I was playing with AC Valhalla. There is no exact point at the game or something like that. It's just full random. The game freezes after 10 minutes (sometimes more or less) and the sound
    goes on. After 5-10 seconds the console turns off while the controller stays on. If I close the game the console stays on but I can't play with AC until I restart my console and if I try to shut it down the same problem appears (controller stays on).

    What should I do? Is it a hardware problem?

    I have almost the same problem except the error message says

    “if you’re using Xbox series X/S, note that HDMI audio can’t be turned off. In other consoles, either optical or HDMI audio must be on. (0x80bd0009)

    Why can’t I turn off hdmi audio on Xbox series x it makes no sense?

    Hello NickKatsi, if you are on a Series S/X console try turning off crossplay by following the steps below.

    Turn Off.

    To disable crossplay on your Xbox Series X or S, follow these steps:

    1-Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

    2-Select Settings.

    -3Select General.

    4-Select Cross-Platform and Online Play.

    5-Select the toggle next to Enable Cross-Platform Play to turn it off.

    I understand you need help with your Xbox problem.

    It is possible that the Xbox is trying to recover some power after cutting off during the power surge. Although, the console has it's own protection from power surges so it is not that major as long as the console still turns on.
