Xbox series s factory reset recovering games

Hi so today I factory reset my Xbox cus of personal reason and choose to save my games and my fifa 23 Xbox one and some other games was in my games but when I joined one of the game it was saying do you own this game or app and in my library my games wasn't showing only on home

Please check if you're able to see FIFA 23 in your Microsoft account order history with the status “completed”

If maybe you're not able to see the game listed there make sure to change the filter "ordered within" to "all available", and if you have more than one email address check the order history on each one.

Hello Luciana, I would like to let you know that, unfortunately, earning achievements in a game is not a proof of ownership.
This is because you can play FIFA with a game pass subscription or by game sharing with a friend.

I have the xbox series s. I'm in the U.S. and I don't think I part of the program. And I've tries factory resetting my xbox and resetting the router.

both the xbox’s were connected to the same internet, the one that worked was a series s the one didn’t was series x. yes, my console is up to date. i get kicked out of my games every 30 minutes..yes i am referring to factory resets.
