Xbox series s extreme heat

If your console doesn't shut down caused by the heat, it is most likely that everything is working as expected on your console. But, if you think that the heat isn't normal, you might be able to start a service request, and get your console repaired by Microsoft. What you can do is to keep using your console, given that you have a one year warranty on it, and keep checking if indeed this is always happening with your console, or if it is a one-time thing.

Heat is entirly normal.

However unlike others have speculated, the Series S is designed with a giant vent right above the heat sink for a reason, to get the heat out. Depending on what game you’re playing and whst. You’re doing, more heat is generated

My Xbox series s i think it's getting heat and its lagging some times on forza for a few seconds and its lagging on nfs heat but i can press xbox button and get out from the game and it was lagging on apex mabye for 5 second but in cod warzone i don't think its lagging ( wierd connection)

That's normal

The normal operating temperature is 60degrees max

The max of a ps5 ia 65

You do know that they are vwnting the heat right ?
