Xbox series s every game I try to load crashes to home

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

If you have an external hard drive plugged into your console please unplug it and perform a powercycle before trying to re-launch a game. If that fixes the issue it mens that the hard drive is corrupted.

If there is none. You may need to reset your console removing everything. This will uninstall all of your games and remove all the accounts but you can reinstall them later on and re-add accounts.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console and remove everything.

As long as you’re connected to Xbox Live your saved progress will just re-sync.

Crashing to desktop 4 times during load screens Xbox series S

Sorry but I am seeing that my Xbox in general crash with every game especially during loadings but not only , are there a fix ?(it is an xbox one s)

well there is no errors for one and two the game locks up with a repeating sound for a brief moment and three it then crashes to the home screen of the xbox and four the crashes happen sporadically and intermittently i am unable to do troubleshooting steps due to the crashes are unpredictable i won't know when they happen they just pop up and can cause progress to be interrupted i am using series S model this only happens on xbox one games played on series S

I have the same issue with a brand new Series S console. Every time I try to set a new home xbox it just loads and doesn’t check the box like everyone else here I’ve tried everything reseting the console, changing connections, clearing the home xbox through developer mode, etc. I just want to be able to use my brand new console.
