    My son was playing Forza Horizon 5 and it crashed. We are now receiving an error code: 0x8007023e for all games he tries to open on his Xbox. Can anyone help with this?

    You will only be able to download the Xbox Series S/X version on an Xbox Series S/X. Do you get an error message when trying to launch the Xbox One version?

    Does the installation show any error message or it just stops?

    By Xbox S, do you mean the Xbox Series S?

    And are these games Series S/X optimized games?
