Xbox Series S digital can’t connect to any game servers

I can’t connect to any online servers with my Xbox I can access xbox live message friends and the internet but not connect to any game servers this all started happening after apex crashed it says my nat type is strict and UPnP is unsuccessful my internet website does not have a UPnP area as it is a mifi hotspot Wi-Fi box

I’ve tried

Power cycle

Reseting the system

Clearing MAC address

Entering ports

Resetting my WiFi box

Contacting Microsoft support

And probably more I can’t thing of I’m truly getting tired of this and would just like to be able to play the game please help

Hello Dakota, you gave important information regarding your network, if the UPNP is not accessible to the console it will not be able to connect to the internet.

Another thing that could get in the way would be your NAT, it must be open and unrestricted.

In this case, the ideal would be to request a review of your home network from your ISP.
