XBOX SERIES S defects

Hello everyone,

So i purchased this console around 3 days ago. (now i'm angry for myself in making the decision to buy this [mod removed] of console) and i was very excited about it. Not anymore though. So the problem i have is kind of very disappointing. I purchased AC Valhalla & RDR 2 from the store earlier today and i managed to set up my console in accordance with all the applied terms over the web, the options that allow you to download games while off. Anyway, the games mentioned above are downloaded it seems. However, in the description of the interface, it still keeps downloading games? I tried everything btw, resetting console / router, plugging an ethernet cable, I own a couple of devices and none of them has struggles like this. What could be the reason? i also have problems with " purchase and content usage" whatever the hell that means. I delete the games and reinstall, they still seem as installing in my library. I would appreciate if you could guide me on this. Thanks

Just to make sure we are able to help you out fix the issue, and to know what the problem is, your games aren't downloading while the console is in standby?

Its one of the best models of samsung 7 series i have, i had all green checked on xbox one s settings 4k details. I am 100% sure that tv is not the problem. I agree with you that GPU may have went defective or power supply issue occurred.

This is the major problem of this generation xbox one’s accessories: too fragile/defective. Hope they will do better on series x

This is not a common process to occur, this could be a defect in it, have you restored the entire system to check if this stops happening?
