Xbox series S controller repair/return

Left bumpers stopped working on my controller (under warranty) , been through all the steps to register and book a repair.

every time i get to the part where i enter my address it says there was a problem and goes back to the start. Have been trying to get through to any kind of support but just get stuck in endless loops of the same pages.

Any body had this issue or know a way to get to sorted?

I had the same problem but I sent a series s controller and I got a one s controller in return, and the series s controller I sent came with my Xbox, brand new

In any case, you are having issues adding your address to your Microsoft account. Try to add it manually by going into your profile's address book - Microsoft account | Address book. You may also do that on an InPrivate window or different browser.

Was the control purchased in the national territory?

Address problems occur when the control's registration code is from another region.

Anyway, by contacting support, in the online chat option, with the invoice at hand, you can request the repair/replacement of your control, remembering that controls have a 90-day warranty, and the elite control has a 1-year warranty. .

Thanks for your reply. It came with the console which I bought in this country (uk). Ive registered the device in the Microsoft website and it says it’s in warranty. I’ve tried to contact support but It keeps sending me around in circles. Can’t get any support.
