    Dears,

    I bought a Series S console 2 days ago. I experienced some problems with the external USB devices. I have an external HDD, I connected to the XBOX and it worked flawlessly until the next day. Then it disappeared and I could not make it work again in the
    same USB port. I had to connect to another one where it works well. However on the same USB port I can attach another HDD which is being recognized, this one is not. Now use this USB port to connect the monitor USB HUB and I have keyboard and mouse attached
    to this port. IT is also working well... I mean almost well. Because if I start Forza Horizon 4, then I have to disconnect it, otherwise it says the controller cannot be connected. The same applies to Spotify application. After disconnect and reconnect it
    is ok. I have not experienced with the rest of the games, but it is annoying. Do you think it is a hardware issue or rather something OS related? What shall I do?

    Xbox Series X|S controllers are fully compatible with the Xbox One, One S and One X. Also the Xbox One controllers work on the new Series consoles.

    Xbox Series X|S controllers are fully compatible with the Xbox One, One S and One X. Xbox One controllers also work on the new Series consoles.

In addition, some older Xbox One wireless controllers work with the Xbox Series S. As for third-party wireless controllers, the compatibility depends on the specific controller and whether it is designed to work with the Xbox wireless protocol. The Ant eSports controller you mentioned appears to be a third-party controller designed for PC gaming, and it may not be compatible with the Xbox Series S.
