    Xbox Series S Controller issue


    Wanted to bring some awareness about xbox controllers. I bought my device last year and barely used it, now the controller LB button is not working. I tried to file for a replacement but they claim that my warranty expired. Customer service is no help as they said there is nothing they can do. I've had this issue with XBOX competitors and they all have been helpful and replaced any defective products. Have you had this happen to you? It is disappointing to see this from a huge company like Microsoft.

    Xbox Series X|S controllers are fully compatible with the Xbox One, One S and One X. Also the Xbox One controllers work on the new Series consoles.

    Xbox Series X|S controllers are fully compatible with the Xbox One, One S and One X. Xbox One controllers also work on the new Series consoles.

    Xbox wireless controllers, including the latest Xbox Wireless Controllers included with the Xbox Series X and Series S consoles, are compatible with the Xbox Series S. In addition, some older Xbox One wireless controllers work with the Xbox Series S. As for third-party wireless controllers, the compatibility depends on the specific controller and whether it is designed to work with the Xbox wireless protocol. The Ant eSports controller you mentioned appears to be a third-party controller designed for PC gaming, and it may not be compatible with the Xbox Series S.
