    XBox Series S black screen and no sound Madden 21


    We just received an xbix series s for christmas and have not been able to play any games. We have sound on the device until we try to play a game, then we lose all audio sound. Additionally, we cannot get past the simulation mode on Madden 21. We purchased
    and downloaded the game but whenever we try to play it, it goes to a black screen.

    We called XBox and they walked us through several steps, then told us to uninstall and reinstall the game. We did this and still no change to being able to play any games on our xbox.

    Any advice/help?
