Xbox series s audio bug

Hi, already did the power cycle and didnt worked, also now fifa23 stopped outputting commentator voice as well i noticed , so not the problem with the game itself i suppose

Using wired headphones on controller as my monitor doesnt have a speaker or audio out

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that didn't work and this is only happening with this game, we may need to uninstall and reinstall the game.

I appreciate you letting me know. Would it be okay if you switch both ends of your HDMI cable or try a different one?

If that didn't work, we may need to reset the console keeping your games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

i think the bug could be caused by a bad usb extracion from the pc, when you insert in the xbox in these conditions it could cause a bug

i use the original hdmi of the xbox but i dont know if is the hdmi of my xbox one or my xbox series

i record using a xbox series **** & audio

There is one other item to consider. The S series 360's have a digital optical audio port but the new E series does not.
