    Signed up for twitter.. got the notifications days in advance 11 EST

    Signed into my microsoft account 15 minutes before and pressed the freaking refresh button twice a minute.

    Jumped into the pre-order, selected the x-series and 3year protection and jumped to the payment check out and got dumped??

    Went back in 1 minute later... SPENT once per minute for 180 minutes retrying the checkout button trying to pay for the order but the checkout button saying "Something went wrong. Please try again in a while". Refresh the browser and boom
    out of stock. Took 50 screens shots to show the length of the order.

    Seriously... what does MS expect more from its long term users other than to have their account upto date with credit card info ready, signed in and refreshing the order. So disappointed in MS. Seriously considering changing to Sony.

    It would have taken nothing..... for MS to send out a pre-invite to its REGISTERED XBox users... This lack of foresight for its
    existing customer base is atrocious.

    The Microsoft Store was a horrible experience.
