Xbox series controller unresponsive when connected wirelessly

It's curious that you mention something like that when this is a community forum, as any forum, anyone can jump in at any given moment, and the why could be many reasons, but could you share screenshots please of the controller connected trough Bluetooth and how it appears on your device manager on both PCs

Its always fine to say you dont know and you will refer me to someone else or you will liase with your team.

Since the problem repeats trough different devices, it must be a controller issue, unless you are using it on games that are not from Xbox

Sorry but you said that you have to plug it on your laptop and then that you don't have to plug it on your laptop and phone, so I understand that are 2 different laptops

I am using a laptop to play games.

I bought an xbox series controller.

It's connected to my laptop but games are not reading the controller. Meaning the light on the controller is solid and the controller shows as connected in Bluetooth but I can't play games because the controller is unresponsive but only when in a wireless state but functions well in a wired state.

The problem persists on another laptop BUT NOT on my mobile devices.

Yes and yes. The game doesn't read it as hardware and I have tried it on another laptop with the same game and it doesn't work, but it works on my mobile devices.

I have to plug it into my laptop for it to work in-game but it wont work wirelessly which is frustrating coz I bought the controller for wireless play on my laptop but I have to plug it in for it to work on my laptop but I dont have to plug it in for it to work on my laptop and phone.
