is your controller doing random inputs and double inputs? mine started yesterday

Connect your Xbox Series S console to your TV or monitor.

Start playing Destiny 2 on your PC and use the Xbox Game Bar to party up with your friends who are playing on Xbox consoles.

Connect an Xbox One or Xbox Series controller to your PC via USB or Bluetooth.

In Streamlabs, add your microphone as an audio input device by selecting "Audio Input Capture" under the "Sources" tab.

Once your microphone is added as a source, right-click on the source and select "Properties."

In the "Properties" menu, select the "Device" dropdown and choose your Xbox controller as the input device.

Start your stream in Streamlabs and your Xbox party chat audio should now be included.

My "Logitech Extreme 3D" joystick has been running flawlessly so far, even with other games connected to a PC.

My question was, can or must I connect my joystick directly to the XBox Series s console or the Standard XBox Controller instead of to a PC, since there are 2 USB inputs on the console? and there is 1 USB-C input on the controller?

The game (here: Flight Simulator 2022) does not show the joystick in the settings when I use one of the inputs on the console. I would like to play the game on the PC, so I don't think I need this "Adaptive Controller".

The scenario goes like this:

Purchased xbox series controller;

Connected and updated series controller on laptop;

Attempted to play a game on laptop;

Controller input is not present;

In some games the controller doesn't appear in the setup;

In some games the controller registers but the inputs are incorrect, sometimes the z-axis registers as a button (x button) and not a movement;

Connected controller to tablet and mobile phone and controller input is fine;

Is the problem my games or my controller firmware not syncing with the games?

Is there a fix?
